i swapped my wind screen over the weekend, bought a tool from ebay to put the trim back in, well worth the money . swapped in about 15 mins

10cm wide plasterer's knife. Prised mine in relatively quickly with that. Tricky at the corners though...
These are sensations as hard to forget as they are to ignore.....

Trouble with the two methods above is one slip in the wrong direction, and the A pillars, scuttle or roof need repainting. Once you've used the correct tool, especially one with a roller, you won't want to do it any other way.
