So pre-facelift 4 door passed it's MOT after a good while sat on the drive. First outing today was a pleasure.

Prior to getting her back on the road my plan was to sell my VW camper and the E30 and buy a B3 coupe.

After today's outing I'm a bit torn. I'm toying with just selling he camper and using the funds to have a partial resto done on the E30 over the winter.

Paintwork is quite tired, to my untrained eye it's mechanically pretty okay with just a bit of fettling required. No idea of cost, yet I'm not looking at the E30 as an investment. I know it will probably never be worth as much as I'll spend on it, but that's not really the point. my enjoyment is what counts.

I don't even know what my question is. Maybe it's; if you had the option which route would you go down?

Diamond Black, Manual, 325. I'll post a couple of pics later.

I'm just a bit undecided as to chuck the money at it knowing full well I won't get it back, but as I said it was never an 'investment'.
