Another speedo not working...help!

Hello my speedo works sometimes its random it works like when its cold and wet mainly which makes no sense... I think at is errelevent though..

Anyway, I already tried the chance the last foot of wire etc but the wire was still all black and corroded. So I decided to change the whole wire all the way until I found clean wire. Once I got all the way in to the car the plug pin was all green (see pictures) and corroded but the chassis side looked fine so I decided to change it all, but its just as it always was, still intermittent...

Where do I go next?

I don't think it's the sensor as I have used two differnt diffs my open one and the one which came with my LSD, both do the same thing. What are the chances in getting two sensors which do the same thing? Haha.

The other thing that gives problems with the speedo is cracking of the solder that holds the pins in place on the speedo. daughter circuit board, where it plugs into the main cluster circuit board. Is usually affected by tapping the top of the dash hard.
