rough value ?

A mate has just rang me theyve aquired an old chromie 325i and will be moving it on, im just waiting back on a price, whats the thoughts on a rough value ?

i talked him through a few things on the phone il see some pics tonight and get a price and may post it for sale on here for him as its probably not to my needs

D plate 325i chrome in cirrus blue
switchable auto
chome bumpers he said look decent,and possibly a tech 1 front valance he said (asked me about)
full history inc every tax and mot, folder, original bill of sale and all sorts of stuff like that, original bmw factory stamped screen
sunroof, PAS, air con (fully working he said) check control,etc
original blaupukt oxford stereo
lovely inside with vgc beige comfort interior
he said paint is nice roof is super
all inside the boot looks brilliant
instructed him to take pics in behind rear door cards etc and inspect the rear arches and rear panel etc for obvious rot, he said one outer rear arch when compared with the other side looks like it has been done at some point
and said its overall a bit time warp and lovely condition and drives nice and from initial look over (hed literaly only just got it) it looks to be a nice car

located portsmouth if anyone might be interested send me a message as il probably pass on it

any ideas on value ? as his boss is giving a price in a bit once theyve had a proper look round, but im thinking it may not be too pricey as they are not e30 familiar

from what he said, it sounds like its a nice unabused standard time warp auto, bound to have a few bits need doing of course but nothing instantly obvious or major, forgot to ask the milage and how many owners il find out later
