gearbox mounts

Iv got a facelift 320 and when changing gear in the lower gears 1-2-3 when driving gently there is knock or rattle was thinking it may be the box mounts? Or any other likely suspects, rear top mounts are as new and new subframe bushes in the rear.

Could be the propshaft coupling that's given up the ghost.

Yeah that a good call its a bit weird one its only as you are letting the clutch out taking up the drive, if you driving gently, if your mean with it there no noise.
