Ok so I am having my m tech 2 kit painted to match my e30 convertible. It's a pre facelift and I understand there will be some work needed to fitting the m tech 2 kit on. I've read up on a few things and believe that for the front to go on its pretty much a cut the tow eyes off and mount the kit onto a facelift bumper carrier, then just bolt it on jobby. The rear I'm not sure on. Some people have said that there is some arch mating needed and apparently the rear bumper needs cutting Down, what I'm not sure on is what exact part of the bumper needs cutting? And also as it is a convertible, the sills are deeper. So what sort of modifications will It need to undergo to accomodate the skirts? I believe the door pods just need clips and a few holes drilling to pop them in.
Would be great if anyone can help out, maybe there is someone out there that has performed a conversion like this themselves?
M tech 2 on pre facelift? Help!!?

The front you will need the valance and bumper irons to make it fit. Face lift fogs too.
The side pod rear won't match due to the rear arches being at different levels will look pants. The rear you will have to shave the bumper down or have a big gap between the rear panel and the bumper.
