ok so im ordering my BC coilovers this week
anyone know what spring rates i should get?
i want it for fast road/track day car and would like it too be a fairly firm ride?

You will prob get a better response in the track day section 
But, I've heard 8/10kg f/r mentioned in a few places but I've no idea about this but interested in hearing what to go for as I might change the rates for my touring.
