Hey...ive got a m50'd 320 (with vented disks and rear disk conversion). the brakes are priddddy shocking and im looking to beef them up. Ive considered big calipers but seens as though i have no access to a cad cam machine to make brackets etc im pretty much rulein it out.

Ive seen on fleebay that 'mtec' drilled and grooved disks are going for around 50quid and my plans were to get some yellow stuff pads for them, change to 5.1 fluid and then go and rag it. whats peoples views? Possible other options etc.

The car is a weekend weapon so i aint fussed if they take a while to heat up

Ive used yellowstuff pads with some grooved discs on the road and at the nurburgring.was quite surprised about the bite when they've warmed up.nearly tore my face off but when they are cold its a completely different story.felt like i had no brakes and would of been more use throwing carrier bags out the back to act as parachutes.
but when they're warm they are well worth the money.

But James im working on a big brake kit using skyline calipers.just need some spare time to try and get brackets made up.kids are testing my patience :-P
Once Ive finished it ill be posting bracket designs etc or could prob get some more for anyone wanting the same
