Bunny Hopping between idle and 2krpm

Hi all, Ive got a 318is Facelift and a bit of a problem. When pulling away from a stand still the car "Bunny Hops" but once I reach 2000rpm its fine and pulls like normal but does the same in every gear.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?

P.S I haven't done anything out of the ordinary with the car (ie; Long Drive, Changed or dismantled anything etc)

Check all the inlet trunking for any splits and air leaks, and that the TPS is set up correctly. Also, clean out the ICV.
