I replaced my timing belt/tensioner a while ago, in fact I had to do it twice as I fitted the wrong water pump first time around
. TDC marks were all good after the first change but second time around it's one tooth out on the crank. No idea how this has happened but is it simply a case of taking the belt off again and turning the crank to the correct position?

You're not supposed to refit cambelts once they've been tensioned up and used, so the risk is down to you, but if it's fairly new, it may be OK.
How do you know it's one tooth out?

For one tooth out, it should be ok to turn the crank and refit the belt.

If you Got "Haters",Then your doing something Right!

Mine is 1 tooth out as well and was before the belt change. Just make sure you turn the engine over several revolutions after fitting the new belt to ensure all is OK.
