BMW E30 M52B28 CONVERSION, HELP PLEASE?

Hi, im new here so ill try to explain myself as much as i can.

Im doing the e30 conversion, at least trying to do it lol
I have fitted the engine so thats all good, but the problem is with the wiring loom.
The engine came from a 1997 728I BMW, AUTO.
I have bought a chip tuned ecu from ebay.
Bought a used wiring loom from a bmw scarpyard, which came of a e36 328 manual, found a diagram online of how to connect the wires, done all of it until i came to pin 14 - speed signal input - ? one the e36 connector a pin 14 is empty, no wire, so im confused. can anybody help? ?
thats the only pin that was left disconnected, the engine turns over, all the lights in the dash work aswell, the fuel pump does too, but there is no spark and the injectors dont open aswell.
can anybody help, what should i do to solve this?

Speed signal won't stop it starting. Whatever your problem is, it's nothing to do with that.
Do you have the matching key, EWS set and ECU, or has your ECU had an EWS 'delete'?

ews is deleted from the ecu.

Sounds like either an ignition feed problem or EWS

its definatelly not the EWS, I plugged the ECU in my mates 328i today and it was working fine. EWS has been deleted from the ECU.
what do you mean by ''ignition feed'' what should i do?
