daniel, the water level check is usually on the side of the radiator.

Sounds like the blank black button is exactly that,
a blank. Perhaps someone has replaced the original centre consol
with one that had more holes.

Its the cut off switch for the electric windows (circuit breaker switch)

the blank button should have a symbol on it that has been rubbed off,it is a window circuit breaker switch ,if you press it so it pops up your windows wiill no longer work .
the rad filler level mark is on the white plastic part of the rad below the filler cap if your car is a 4-cylinder.

Water level check will either be the side of the rad, or the expansion tank, depending on model.

the rectangular switch is an resettable overload for the windows (assuming it is rectangluar). There should be a logo on it but they have typically worn off over the years.

thanks everone my windows have stopped working and sunroof so i would think its the window resetting but then lool thanks agein guys such a big help to get em working agein il just have to press it agein then
