Looking to change my steering wheel from the M Tech I to the Tech II as I prefer smaller wheels. Can someone give me the part number of the exact wheel I need please as there seems to be lots of contradictory views on the net as to which ones fit etc.

I'm looking for the 370mm one and a couple of sellers have said their wheels from their e36's will fit straight on, but I don't think they're right.

Cheers

^ a good price, you dont want to buy a brand new one you will shat yourself at the price ! the standard tech 1 and 2 are the same at 385ml and both have a smaller 370ml version, the 370 tech 2 is a superb wheel to drive with

Hmm tempting, my standard tech 2 was ruined by condensation over the winter

It's mine, it's mine  Can't wait to get it fitted!!

There was a 370mm tech 1 wheel on evilBay recently but it was pulled off. No doubt got a BIN offer.

Polsta, nice looking interiors mate and I know what you mean about the different styles in relation to the seat design. Might be something to do with the horn buttons on the tech I matching the houndstooth.

My car has the check cloth so the tech II will look great. Can't wait to get it fitted. I've always preferred smaller wheels and have always changed to them in all my pre-airbag cars right back to my very first (mk1 Golf).
