non pas too pas crank pulley

Ok so I've fitted all my power steering bits today
Got to the crank pulley and mine is non pas so only had 1 place for a belt
I have the extra piece of the crank pulley too bolt on too let the pump have a blet
However the bolt holes line up but it seem like either my bolts are too short or its the wrongng pulley can anyone shed some light on this?
M40 engine I should add

Bolts should be M 8 x16.
IIRC, the bolt holes are not evenly spaced, so it must be rotated until they all line up.
