i have a an m52 which i am putting into my e28 and the latest snag is that the banjo connections on the e28 pipe work do not correspond with the sizes on the m52 pump.
the problem is that the pressure line from the pump to the rack uses a 14mm banjo on the pipe and a 16mm one on the pump.
fitting a e30 (from an m20) pump that i have would solve the mismatched connection sizes; i just wondered if anyone has done this and if there is anything i need to watch for etc?

iv just come across this and does not look like you can swap the pumps so im engineering a banjo bolt that will screw into the m52/16mm pump but with a 30mm hex head and no holes, with the e30 female thred 14mm in the end of the bolt head so you can screw in the e30 banjo nut,, ill have it done by the weekend and post some pics..
