How do you add your car to the register?

I was going to put my car on the E30 register, but it say I don't have permission? How do I do it

Hi Grrrr I just looked through the register and noticed the entry for "Tay". Wasn't there some debate on the provenance of that car, ie it was a suspected re-shell? I could be wrong, but if it is, I'm not sure it should be there as I feel it gives that turd some legitimacy .

If you can link me to the thread then I'll have a look and weigh up the options. But I'm not going to trim the registers on hearsay; it was bad enough Barry moaning when I removed his Sport from the top spot.
