Just quick as I'm under the Car lol does the clutch slave fit with the bleed valve facing up or down?

Up!

Think about it,the air rises to the top and the fluid enters from below. :D

hmm makes sense. I fitted it with the bleed valve facing down, which is the way the one that I pulled off was fitted (not to say that that was fitted right). From what I remember would you be able to get a spanner up in there to bleed it if the nipple was on the top?

7mm ring end of a combination spanner fits easily.

When you look at the shape of the flexi,it is reasonably obvious that it mounts at the bottom of the slave.

This is why I'm asking as its mounted facing down at the mo. Rang a couple of the breakers on here and the ones that have face down. Realoem drawing shows the pipe going in at the to too ya see.

Never had any issues with it that way round though.

You say that but it does a very convincing job of fitting the other way.

Bleeder at the top, so all the air comes out, although, I pretty much always bleed them with the slave out of the box for several reasons, you can see one below :D
