Definately going to try Footman James - Mine's on multicar at the moment with admiral as have been busy since picking up the 318iS, definately seems and not had a chance to phone around.. Seem i should definately be able to better it though after reading this. The lady that crashed into my avensis right before i bought the BMW put it up a bit, despite it being non-fault. Lovely lady luck!

Footman James are brilliant, when I first started using them it was going to cost me £1000 to insure a 1.0 Lupo, went to Footman James and managed to insure a Skyline and an MX5 for a total of £620 a year fully comp

Footman James don't issue NCB, but they don't require any either. Lancaster insurance issue NCB though. I've got my E30 with FJ, and my Golf with Lancaster to keep building my NCB

Just got a pretty good quote from FJ, £237 / 3000 miles a year, though when put to 5000 miles a year like my admiral policy says it's about the same, give or take £30.

All insurance companies ask that, doesn't mean they won't insure you

As far as i know Lancaster do require you to be insured on another car else they won't or can't insure you under a classic policy.

Will confirm it with them when it's time for renewal.
