I have had E36 Vader Seats Re-Trimmed to be fitted into my E30 convertible.
I have had the seats re-trimmed in black leather with red diamond double stitching.

I had them done from a friend at £650 for the front E36 vader seats & rear E30 bench both re-trimmed in leather with red double diamond stitching.
I also had 4 Vader headrests re-trimmed in the price, 2 for the front seats & 2 for the E30 rear bench.
I still have to get the door cards done, will get them done when i get the audio installed.

they do look nice to be fair, do you weld/bolt them onto e30 runners yes? If so is it a complicated job and are they cramped in the e30 once installed?

Ive ordered brackets from California & am awaiting delivery... they should have delivered by now but have not arrived... so in this case i will have to consider weld/Bolt them in.
If anyone has or knows anyone with adapter brackets then do let me know.

I would be interested in a quote for black leather sports seats (convertible) with standard red stitching and Alcantara centre setions.
Also convertible door cards, all 4 / Console / Dash
It may just be easier to ask your mate if he would do an E30 Zone discount...?

Here's my opinion - 'Vader' seats look bad in an E36, terrible in an E30 and seriously nasty with diamond padding on the seat backs. That Cabrio started out looking nice and tidy and now looks just like any other heavily modded E30. Its looks dated too - why not try something a bit more modern than yet another OTT interior, lairy kit and no doubt some massive ICE install?
Something like a wax and polish and maybe some new mats?
Thats my opinion and I'm entitled to it!

When Rav gets his seats trimmed, the stitching will resemble anchor chains

I'd have thought you'd have learnt from the damage to you've already done to your Titanic replica but it seems you;re going the full hog and really sinking that boat.
Baseball stitching is low rent in Audis - but in an E30...
