very nice & rare
I'd suggest googling Bentley E30 manual, you should be able to download it somewhere.

Bentley is useless for Euro E30s...rather look for the Haynes manual online...I have both in PDF format and the Haynes in hardcover.lhd220turbo wrote:thanksTPS wrote:

Haynes is just a book of lies though; mostly covers Jetronic and carb cars.
There's always the Wiki

The Bentley is definetly not useless for European spec e30s there is very little differences between the us and uk models for the majority of the main components.
Haynes is OK but the bently manual is much easier to follow.

I have a Bentley's for my Golf, and have all intentions of getting one for the E30. I regard my Golf one as the 'Bible' it's brilliant

You have to learn to speak the Haynes language..."lightly pull out" means ......"hit with largest hammer available!" for example.Grrrmachine wrote:Haynes is just a book of lies though; mostly covers Jetronic and carb cars.

Haynes covers Motronic pretty well I think (Haynes Manual 1948)....and some of the Wikis are pretty much lifted from the Haynes Manual.
To each his own though...some like Bentley and others Haynes...I make use of both plus some online stuff I have found.
