Is there any difference between pre & post facelift versions of the bracket the airbox bolts to?

Can't say I did to be honest mate. I'm 90% sure they the same anyway.
I bought a new mount and I've got an early metal airbox and later plastic airbox to will check that they both line up ok with the mount (still not fitted to the car) and let you know.
