Hi All, I am considering a set of lowering springs for my 1995 e34 2.5, i'd like to get the stanced look being lower at the front and higher at the back.

Can anybody recommend a good set for a budget price?

Thank you

Try GMAX springs, good quality for a fair price used some before firm ride but not bone shaking! I used 40mm lowering springs with no issues of rubbing or catching, any lower and coil overs are the way to go dependant on what stance you want ....... Hope it's a help, I think the springs ere about 50 quid from memory try eBay buy it now sellers....

Eh? :?:

I think I know what you mean regarding the nose down look on E34's. They are often a tad high on the front but this is so that at speed, the air presses the front of the car down. Avoid cheapo springs (the worst I've used are actually Boge - they're garbage) and don't be tempted to cut a coil off because the springs won't locate properly in the spring cup of top mount. That's because the top and bottom coils are a slightly smaller diameter.

I would buy a decent spring kit (30mm ish) and fit the fronts first. I've often found that this will get the car sat just right.
