So, short story short; I fancy a set of either 16" Alpina's or perhaps 16" Hartge wheels to wake my slightly tired convertible up and, having been disappointed in my search for Alpinas, have landed on this set of Hartges in Liverpool;

I understand a certain ex Zoner E30 ATA hailing from Liverpool ruffled a few feathers some years ago and I was just wondering if he's a kosher guy to buy off?

ive dealt with him a few times, no negatives from me, i was in 2 minds at first as well due to what people were saying on here about him, but all the times i dealt with him, plus i travelled up there to pick stuff up of off him, and overall top guy, and would deal with him again....

Unless the description is stating 'excellent condition' I wouldnt be handing over any money until id seem them spinning to make sure they are round, regardless of who is selling.
Rare wheels that bend easier than expected, the pathetic condition of our countries roads help to keep them rare too
