I thought it was a bitch of a job to be honest, the biggest issue is taking your time with the glue, e.g. when you have finished drilling out the spot welds and cut through the corner tabs there's a shit load of glue still on it and you've got to be patient so you don't kink the roof.

Open the Wiki
Click "Bodywork"
Click "Roof"
Click "Sunroof"

and it's in there:

It's much better to go to "All Wiki Pages" at the top and hit Ctrl + F on your keyboard if you want a "search" feature. The Wiki one really is useless.

Top ones, the bottom ones are crap, from memory you have to centre punch the spot before you drill, not good on a roof skin. proper sharp spot weld drill is just the job, no need to re invent the wheel, go for an 8mm.

Cherrs guys ill grab one tomorrow and start work .

So best not get an automatic centre punch ? Like you say if i get a sharp drill bit it will be ok , i have a decent Ryobi cordless drill so that wont be a problem .
