So I've recently purchased an X reg 318ti sport in Avus blue. Its got full leather interior and has done 58,000 miles.

Now for the interesting bit, it has an electric open top roof like you get on old VW's. At first I thought it was an aftermarket add on but I checked the spec and it came with this out the factory.

It needs a few little bits doing to it but I wanted to get an idea of whats its worth before I start spending out on it.

Any help appreciated :)

The full length 'foreskin' is Rare but not desireable. If it goes wrong or needs replacing, it's big dollars :(

As a late low mileage good spec (with the exception of the marmite roof!) Ti Sport it has a value. . Some victim may pay 2 bags for it on a good day IF it's a top drawer retail car .

Horrible. I wouldn't buy one with that roof at all, letalone pay extra for it.

rare doesn't always mean worth more. It quite often means not many people wanted when new, and are less likely to want now.

Haha I'm not a fan myself but with it being an avus blue sport and low miles I figured its worth a punt! Just gonna clean it up fix a couple of problems and sell it to nearest hairdresser :D

mate I'm far too mad super gangster for that shit. Plus who wants to add extra weight?! To me sound deadening is a bit on the heavy side
