:? Help!!! I need to change the starter motor on my 320 as well as the O rings on the injectors. I have removed all the nuts from the manifold but it refuses to budge. I have a haynes and a Bentley manual but neither give exact instructions as to the number of nuts etc. Any help would be appreciated.

There's two studs to each inlet,so that's twelve in total.
You will probably need to remove the thermostat housing at the same time as this sometimes seems to foul the inlet.
Try also to push the crankcase breather tube down into the crankcase to free it from the underside of the manifold.

Going back, use a couple of cable tie's to compress the spring for the breather tube.
Youth is wasted on the young.

I had a situation a little while ago, where the long stud in the middle of the head was siezed solid in the manifold, it was a hateful thing to rectify, after trying the softly softly aproach, I had to resort to more neanderthal methods.
