hi, could anyone tell me what size struts a 325i has or tell me how to measure it

I take it you mean the diameter of the strut inserts ?, the 323i/325i use 51mm inserts whereas 316/318i/320i use 45mm inserts.

Replied to this about an hour ago! Don't know what happened to that.
318iS and , I think, all tourings use the 51mm as well.

tourings all have 51mm struts due to weight i was informed

325i sports are bigger again, i think 55mm....
