Rollcages only work with one harness as you have to remove most of the floor pan to fit them. Also only cut down miniature seats work so bucket seats are a no go. With most of the floor pan removed its difficult to get carpet to fit, I would suggest www.carpetright.co.uk or carpet-superstore.com as their quality carpet fitters will be able to adivse...

Yes it is possible, although you will want to remove the carpet before hand to allow excess and not setting fire to everything

Go for a bolt in cage, no need to cut out the floor pan. Also have no idea what "cut down miniature seats" are. Me and and plenty of zoners have fitted bucket seats...
I have seen people fit a retrimmed carpet around a cage in historic rally classes so it's possible.
But why do you want a cage? They are inherently dangerous on the road due to large chunks of metal close to your head and the fact you have to have harness' tight so driving out of cross roads etc becomes very dangerous.
If it's a daily drive/weekend road toy I urge you to reconsider. Would only recommend a cage for a track car/rally car
