Seems a common problem with the front wings is the bottom part (sill) rusting. I noticed that this seems to be welded to the rest of the wing.
Does anyone on here do, or know someone who does the fabricating of this part of the wing?
Thanks
Front wings...

What model is this on?
As far as I've ever seen normal E30 wings are all on piece. I think Cab wings might have a bit added for the deeper sill but I'm not sure whether that is just something tacked on or just an extended pressed piece.

I reckon this will be a cab wing. It would be great if someone made them as cab wings are dealer only with no pattern part alternatives.
I would rather pay £30 a wing and have the other bit welded on than the £200 a side the dealer charges or nearly £100 a second hand a1 cab wing seems to cost.

This slightly deeper cill section on cabbie wings is a fairly easy job for a bodyman to fabricate. When my cabbie was painted, this section on one wing was required. My bodyman would not let me find a better wing,he turned his apprentice loose on it.
I was told that it took only three try's before welding took place!
