Nice one Brian, I could do with getting some of those ordered. Think I'll have a look for some smaller packs though! 8)

I looked into this not so long ago also, I found the ones for the wings here: http://bmwfans.info/parts/catalog/E30/2 ... nel_front/
No 4, which is listed as 4.8 which is the size of those.

Only other reference I can find to them is here: http://bmwfans.info/parts/catalog/E30/2 ... _elements/

But you would need to measure the ones you have and see which on it is.

Wurth has them also in their catalogue (even listed as BMW specific).

Brian's like look like they will do though. Any idea how long they tend to last before they start rusting?

I would've thought they'd last at least few years of normal daily driving, but since none of ours cars are likely to see much severe weather as they'll mainly be weekend toys they should last a lot lot longer.

thanks for that link jozi, the fittings one there looks lie could be some of them, the wing fittings ive already got

its just that front area, cant seem to find that actual bit on real oem, and all them holes under where the headlights sit, bits like that and them long plasticly chainsaw type clip things and bits and a break down of exactly whats there, its not as easy/clear to work out like other areas of the car

I couldn't find any for the front panel either!

What I was planning on doing was taking of one of each size (could count them) and heading to a Wurth store and buying boxes of new clips and screws of the same size.

Kedge: It's hard to know I guess, they can always be replaced again in years to come.
