Hi folks, I'm in the process of replacing all broken or missing bits on my car. It's an '87 325i
Should my left headlight cover be the one with the round hole for the airbox connector or the one with the corner cut out for the adaptor?

I think you have given me duff information here, or maybe I wasn't clear.
Of the two types for the left side, it appears the 325i should have the cover with the corner cut out to fit the round adaptor plate for the air filter. The 318i just has a round hole cut into the cover.
Seems I have bought the wrong one, that'll teach me. Thanks zaust!!

When I stuck my 2.7 into my Neon cabbie(318i from the factory)I did not need to locate an alternate headlight rear cover.I did need to fabricate an alternate mounting bracket for the air filter box,so I could have made this to suit what I had in the car,of course.
