I have been following the Wiki to remove the front seat covers however have come to a brick wall.

I am probably being really stupid but I am stuck on the removal of the knob that works the leg support. How the hell do you remove this??????

It´s just pushed on. Get a couple of flat screw drivers behind it and prise it off.
