Hi
My car has a bmw alarm but I don't have a key fob - occasionally I have to jiggle around the wires to make it start - is it an easy job just to remove it completely?
Thanks

Just needs patience!
Apart from the gubbins on the n/s inner wing, you should find a black box behind the glovebox, carefully trace every single wire from this to it's source, you will find that a number of them will interupt vital wires. There should be a plug that interupts a plain green wire,if you are lucky you will find an identical plug taped to the loom with a loop of green wire on it,if not,you will have to make one from the redundant alarm plug.
Expect to find wiring going to the door interior light pin switches,to a micro switch on a bonnet roller, and under the carpet to the boot pin switch.
