I had originally posted this on 'other bmw chat' but I've been advised to move it here.

Hey all, not many folks on here know this but I'm a video games developer and my new company Playrise Digital is about to release our first title for Apple iOS... Table Top Racing.!

Table Top Racing is a console quality action racing game for iOS. If you liked Mario Kart or Micro Machines you are gonna love this.! Check out one of our previews. There will be a promo video going online soon, I'll post it here too.

It's available on the 31st of Jan in the app store.! I've also included a e30 BMW as one of the cars you can unlock during the game. !!

i kept falling off the table when i played this ,many years ago might of been on nintendo box thing or the sega can't remember now

Ok so after 24 hours of release Table Top Racing has secured the 'Editors Choice' feature and a place in new and noteworthy.!

It's currently #1 in racing games and #10 in Top Charts on the app store. It's a great game...!

could of had a pre release freebie for zoners

saying that, theres an app called "appgratis" they give a free app daily to its users, offer is for 24 hours only, that must go out to a lot of people, if your mate got the app on there for a day , ok it would go for free for a day only, but would also be masss of downloads and reviews etc and push it right up the popular chart, which then millions more would see and see all its reviews and ratings and would maybe lead to a lot more money made ? also in the appgratis for days after it still shows expired passed offers which masses of people would also see

It's not my mates app, it's mine.!

Companies like appgratis, appday ect require you to initially purchase 'impressions' and are only really good for games with a lot of in-app purchase. They are good for exposure but have an initial cost would you believe. These strategies are good for when your app begins to run out of steam.

Besides we have an editors choice feature from Apple, that level of PR / exposure you can not buy.!

wouldnt of thought that, only used appgratis for about 10 days, but to be fair theres been a lot of new stuff with no reviews etc and apps that have absoloutly no in app purchases or anything like that, maybe send them a maiil and enquire, but that editors choice is super, must be chuffed

Great game, been playing it loads, although after updating it this morning it's lagged and skipped loads mid game

I'm new to this iPhone thing, so not sure if its me or the update??

Apple has a few problems with their game center servers every now and then, not much we can do our end I'm afraid.!

I did wonder if it was apple related. The only strange thing is that it's playing up on my iPhone after the update, but it's fine on the GFs iPhone that's still running the first version

Enjoying it for sure. It's really simple to play, not over complicated like some games and it looks brilliant.
Best couple of quid I've spent in ages

Thanks JMC.!

The 1.0.3 update didn't contain any network code, it only contained performance improvements for 3GS model phones. So if there's fault it's Apple.!

You purchased any coins yet?

Id say so, is it bad i wish id bought an iphone just to be able to play it

my HTC seems lacking in the game department

EDIT : Told my friends to buy it bonio and they all think its great!
