Hi everyone, been kicking about this forum for about a year now and i thought it was time to get some pictures up of my car/ turd.Picked this e30 up about 18 months ago when i was working at customers house when i noticed it in the garage covered in dust and surrounded by paint tins . He told me he purchased it from sytners of leicester in 1996 for 13k and used as his daily car untill 1999. He moved to the netherlands due to work commitments, so he exported it and took it with him.On his return back to the uk in 2001 work once again took him abroad but this time to America for five years so the bmw was put in his garage and left. From 2007 on his return the car had never been used washed a few times but never started.June 2011 after several visits looking for rust and worring about a fooked engine a deal was done with kevin the owner. photos to follow chaps with help of my mate jim.

To be honest the only treatment i have used is Autoglym leather care balm as the leather was dry due to the car had not been used for such a long time, but leather was in good condition anyway and i am sure their is better products.

So we could get another E30 at one of Jims BBQs then :D Mines getting there slowly, once the engine is back it'll soon be ready for paint and putting back together. 8)
