Just got back with it
Sweet jesus, I had 50p 20p bum hole the whole way...
The belt squeal doesnt stop much, so sitting at traffic lights dreading the noise as it pulled off and continued well into 4th gear. The gear knob movement is epic. The wheel wobble
The headlights, I would have been better with my phone light
And the speedo not lighting up either so I couldnt see what I was travelling, although I knew it was around 50 due to the steering wheel
Should be a good little project to sort out the bits you pair neglected

Matts foooooked it then
, only had the wheel wobble when I palmed it off
We all know how much of a girl you are with cars though, breaking a touring due to break squeal, this one won't last the week out

Speedos never lit up since ive had it, same for fuel gauge. Gearchange was sloppy as fook too dave and you know it! I had the drive belts changed when cambelt was done, squealing started a fee weeks ago but got alot worse after charging through floods at full throttle

I'll have a mooch about in the morning and see whats going on with them... I'm guessing they're gonna be stupidly tight. Wheels swapped in the morning too, then i'll take it out in the day light.
It does shift though

Didn't even light up with a thump on the dash? I'm used to driving proper turds so it felt normal to meMeatballs82 wrote:Speedos never lit up since ive had it, same for fuel gauge. Gearchange was sloppy as fook too dave and you know it!
It was always happy being spanked everywhere though!

Yep the engine is a peach, def this turds strong point!
Went through the paper work for the first tine lastnight dave, I think those drilled discs were fitted in 2002!! I also found the 2011 mot failure sheet

Gaga, they been on there that long!?! Think it was parked up soon after as I'm sure the 2011 MOT was its first on the computerised system. What did it fail on? I remember floor and a wishbone and possibly tyres.
