Hi

I've got a set of e30 heated seat switches and was thinking of fitting these

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mini-one-R56- ... 337f4be82c

then wiring them through the original switches

has anyone tried something similar

cheers

Don't have a loom but would be fairly easy to get one made up I guess

Did you have an e30 loom ?

On an E30 the heated seat loom is fed from fuse 16 which gets it live from relay K5 which should already be there.

The loom plugs into the junction box behind the glove box by the way.

Hey Jim,
I did a set of these for my brothers Supra when I reupholstered the fabric seats to leather for him. Worked great.! If my e30 had leather seats I'd deffo fit them too.

Thanks for the link Ben, I should have thought of the wiki, nice one

I have a loom on the way hopefully so will order the pads and try to set it all up on the workbench first.
