Had to ditch car in a council permit holder's zone on way home last night and still can't move it down this hill. Do you know if that's a decent enough mitigating circumstance?
(I think not, might contact council now anyway).

Got some photos as it's snowed again. Council reckon I probably won't get a ticket. And if I do I'll probably be able to get it mitigated.

anyone got a "hawk eye" parking system near ? they sennd you a lovely letter with color photos of you in your car arriving and leaving, but they cant actualy "fine" you, its a worthless invoice basicly, so be aware of that one
