Have you put a wanted ad up for the items your looking for?
Im sure there'll be a few zoners that could get the bits to you within a week..
What manifold are you looking for? Inlet or exhaust?

You can fit the manifold once the lumps in.
You will be able to source a flywheel assembly easily off here. Might as well get it bought. Same with the manifold if you need one, PM Danthe for a quote on his set up

Im sure there is an M20 flywheel/starter kit in the for sale section, as above both manifolds can be fitted with the engine in the car quite easily
Cheers for the recommendation Ross
