325i auto misfire when warm

Help!!! My 325i runs fine when cold but as it warms up develops a strange misfire. Have changed leads, plugs, rotor arm and cap. Also changed temp sensor (blue one) and checked air flow meter. new fuel filter and cleaned k&n element. oil and coolant look good. happens mainly after getting up to around 60mph and then it gradually gets worse.
