Oil level low, but can't add more!

Hehe dear oh dear. It's not possible to visibly see the engine oil level, unless you have a glass sump.

Sounds like he/she has topped up the PS reservoir with engine oil.. that would be best case scenario.. unless it's been put in the radiator tank..
