The rack I've bought has arrived but without the bango/hollow bolts, can I use the bolts off the E30 rack?

According to Real OEM one of the E46 bolts has a check valve, not sure what this is but it doesn't state this on the E30 bolt description.

Yes use E30 bolts, that valve only reduces flow to the rack, its of no benefit.
