BMW realised a while back that there was cash to be made from parts for old vehicles,hence key parts for Isetta have been made available,just be seated when asking;
'HOW much?'

I just bend over in the parts department.
They went in dry when charging for the heated seat elements

Not when I contacted Cotswolds they weren't (at least not convertible sets for RHD)!
I ended up getting some off ebay which are VERY good quality and look a huge amount better than the pictures I've seen of the LHD new mats from BMW.

Those for anyone interested. The seller also does 4door and 2door ones.

This happen to me on the motorway driving my first E30 home. Heard something dragged up the windscreen fast, then spent ages working out what I had lost..
Good work ban-91 for finding this..

140 is a suede knob as used on the M3 Sport evo
899 is a leather knob used on all other E30 M3's.
They will be of the non ergonomic "mushroom" type but will have the "dog leg" shift gate.

thaought so, thanks
any idea if the mushroom one is available ?
a few months ago,i found an m3 site that sold s14 parts (new) and they had the s14 1 piece mushroom type listed brand new for £120 odd, i emailed them and got a reply saying they were out of stock and more in 6 weeks, but i lost the site and cant for the life of me remember what it was, may have been something tuning, or something s14 tuning or something like that , any ideas ?
