Swapping suspension

Hello people. Ive got an e30 318i i want to put the bigger 51mm struts on all around and also a rear disc conversion. My question is i have a touring i can strip the suspension off also the discs etc will it all swap over ok?

same size cars underneath. Same length width height.

That's the awesome bit, for containing the extra awesome that come with the touring :P
E30 Touring 0.35 cD - more slippery than prison soap :)
