Help needed on fitting mtech 1 rear valance

Hi there, glad to see the site is back online, been struggling with this valance for the last couple of days. I'm in the process of fitting an mtech1 rear valance, buts its turning out, as usual, to be a bit trickier than I thought. I have taken my chrome bumper off, mounted the valance to it, and put the bumper strip and a synthetic filler strip to plug the gap between bumper pad and the metal. When I cam to put the bumper stops on, which are mounted right up against the wheel arches i realised you need specific mtech bumper mounts, which hopefully someone is providing (if you have any give me a shout) I then looked into it and noticed that you might need a specifivc mtech bumper pad inorder for the mounts to fit properly - is this correct?? Below is a diagram to help show what bits im talking about


(above) Does part 8 have to be the mtech variant? Does anyone have parts 13 and 14 in the mtech variant?
