I have some BT shares (on certificate) to sell - where's the best place to sell them, would you say?

That's not my line of business Maurice, I was saying that ultimately the only reason I am employed is to generate profits for shareholders. I do the world very little good.

Well, at least you have rescued some classic BMWs, which can't be a bad thing.

Carpets out...
Seats Binned... (iS Recaro's on stand-by)
Welding on front footwell... rear arch and bottom of the drivers side boot tidy.
Rear Disc Conversion arranged...(Front upgrade next)
Just need to swap the sunroof panel and get a respray when I can afford it!
Any recommendations in Scotland?

The guy who painted my cars doesn't have an oven anymore so won't recommend him.
Boyd can point you in the right direction.

I have a painter down here that only does cash jobs so no insurance work but he's excellent and very cheap in comparison to alot of people.
He looks about 100 and he's been painting \ repairing body work on cars for the best part of 40 years and his work is very good.
He is based on green street lane in Ayr in a big green unmarked unit back to back with newton primary school.
In terms of price its an unknown as he can only tell you that seeing the car in the flesh. He recently repaired my mums Honda Jazz which she scrapped along the whole side and rear bumper on the drive post for £140.
Bennets repair just up the street from him quoted £1350 for the same job.

Those are the original sports seats from my sport, none of this 4 pot nonsense (not that the seats are different).
If you wanted recaros, you should've said, that option is available.

Haha been reading through this thread and its quality! To most people on here its a hobby fixing cars, its all about the experience and not always the end product. Anyway if you had a boring newer car that was reliable you would never remember it and wouldn't have storys to tell about it for years to come. Glad to hear its starting to come together. Makes me realise I should probably sort the ponds my boot. But I'm scared to lift the carpet back there now!

Don't be scared, get torn in about it with a blunt screwdriver and stop mincing around.
