Flickering Lights

Just noticed all my lights seem to have a very slight flicker, which decreases when engine is revved. I noticed it first on the radio display light.

Take out the air filter assembly, then remove the regulator pack (looks like a TO3 transistor), and check the state of the carbon brushes. If the shortest one appears to be burning on the end, pull it gently to straighten the braid that retains it, then refit it and see if the problem is cured.
If so, you have a few weeks to get a replacement regulator.
