yeh, you can tell a good conversion from a bad one. When I was doing the conversion there were so many temptations to bodge it so it could run and I could take it for a spin. But I did it properly like yourself and spent the money.

Looks better, wont break, more power.
Plus, with a shite conversion you have to spend more money eventually anyway, when your bodge break.

Good going. I would have paid up to £1.3k for a properly done conversion.

It looks good man
Proper loom, plastic covers, correct air box. The starting signs of a good conversion!
Well done

from the pictures I see of these conversions, every conversion is either done properly or
Bodged up.

We're lucky we have all of the advice and previous threads on here to demonstrate how the conversion can be done properly, nearly and reliably.

Have you thought of changing insurance companies to someone who will insure it not in a garage?

I'm interested in their true worth as well. I've got 2 M52B28's to shift.

Same question.

I know you say you'd prefer to break it, but if you have to move in a couple of months and don't have the chance to do this, an overall price for the car would be worth putting out there

You know what you have spent, in hours as well as £s.
You also know the condition of the car better than anyone on here.

You are the best judge of what it is worth.
Put up what you want for it, if people are biting your hand off for it, it is too cheap. :)
