I recently had boards put down in the attic so its clean, spacious and there's no risk of falling through the ceiling.
Dealer prices are on the rise, parts are harder to come by and when they do pop up zone addicts snap them up instantly
So my question is, If they do pop up is it worth buying them and putting them aside. As they should only go up in value plus you may even need them in the future.
Parts such as tech1 spoilers, 370mm steering wheels, tech2 kits, uncracked dashes, mint chrome bumpers...
Or will they just begin to drop in value as more e30s are going to the mincer, so there will be less e30s on road meaning less potential buyers

If you're hoping that they'll go the way of Ford prices, I doubt it. Plus there are already plenty of people doing things very similar.
Personally I think it's a waste, they should be on cars and in use, I prefer to get stuff sold and cash in my hand now. Only things I look to keep are things I think I might use myself in the future.
There used to be so many rare parts (Alpina, Hartge, RD, etc etc) knocking around at one point and they can't all have been left on cars and gone to the crusher, is suspect these are stuffed up people back passages.

I have 3 Blaupunkt woodstock sqr88 units and matching amps.
I bought them to sell but I've grown attached to them

agreed RE panels. I've got a few stashed, just in case, my car is head to toe in rareness i'd rather them all on it being used than in the garage on the racks so you brag about how much sh!te you have that isn't being used.

I cant be bothered stockpiling stuff in the hope that it might be worth a bit more in the future - rare bits are great but should be on cars not stuck in the loft/shed/bedroom/back passage
There's much better ways of investing your hard earned dollar than taking a punt on E30 bits.

Lofts arn't for car parts. Car parts should be on a car. Put your Christmas decorations up in the loft instead..

In years to come channel 4 will make a programme of a pathetic old fella who has been hoarding a load of BMW bits, that started off in his attic and ended up in every room in his entire house. Then a few million people will laugh at YOU, grandad!!

It's a bit late to make loads of money.
I do wish I'd stockpiled bbs RS when you could pick up tidy sets for £150, or m3 engines for a grand, or even complete m3s when £4k would get a reasonably tidy and solid one.
Ah, the benefit of hindsight.

There is no doubt that pacerpete knows his turds (not in the same way Kos does)
