Hi. Decided to do a total revamp of full suspension since its never had any upgrades. It drives finearound town but on motorway at 80 mph and over the cabin seems to shake. wheels are fine.So question is doin poly bushes on anti roll bars ,wishbones drop links etc worth it ?. Plus pro sport coil overs on eBay any good cheers

get some decent front wishbones, Lemforder branded ones with some genuine BMW lollipop bushes, m3 ones are preferred.
Dont even bother with coil overs on an e30, if the shaking bothers you at 80mph coil overs will bother you more.
check the condition of the rear subframe bushes, these make a massive difference if your rolling on shagged ones.
New Anti roll bad bushes etc will all help when your throwing it round corners.
Eibach springs with some Bilstein B4's should see you right.
